Freckles are not considered beautiful in India. Clear skin is ideal. I have moles that stand out on my pale skin when I'm not wearing makeup and I've wanted to get rid of them. Just one or two moles are considered sexy like a small one on the cheek or close to the lips. It's considered as a beauty mark. I have one such mole on my cheek in my nasolabial fold that I love but the others I'd love to get rid of. I'm being brutally honest while saying that freckles are NOT considered cute and anyone who has them tries their best to get rid of them. It's definitely seen as a flaw.
My ex who was half Indian actually told me that he doesn't like freckles at all. Also, many old people have freckles so it's definitely a sign of sun damage. My mom started developing freckles around the age of 35 and I'm afraid it'll happen to me too.

Not a guy but I think freckles are adorable. One of my friends has a tone all over her body. And I think she’s beautiful.

Now if I were to guess what men think. I would say they probability don’t care much about them. Men usually look at facial features and body shape first. Then they’d notice the freckles later. But I don’t think it would bother them.

Yes and no.
If a girl is already attractive the freckles just make her more attractive (they become another aspect of her beauty and sometimes they make a girl look exotic).
If a girl isn't attractive then freckles make her even more unattractive (they become just another physical flaw).
