Guys, What do you think of these pajamas some girls wear?

These three photos show pretty much 90% of what my pajamas consist of; dogs, Disney, and cute pictures. I know a lot of girls wear cute pajamas like this but I just always wonder what guys think of them? Do you find them childish at all?
