i am a avid thong wearer and I'm looking to go on holiday with my girlfriend and wear one to the beach with her. I have a good body for the swimwear. It's comfortable, makes me feel sexy and gives me a nice tan. She doesn't know I wear thongs occasionally. I was wondering what your opinion of this style of swimwear on men in public places like beaches, pools e. t. c. I want to tan and swim in a thong but am worried my girlfriend (even tho she likes my body) might be put off or even question my sexuality when seeing me in one.

I’d be perfectly fine with it. I’ve seen a few older guys wearing them and was wondering why those in shape didn’t wear them more. I so would if it was more acceptable. Hopefully I get a beach house with a private beach so I can wear mine outside. They are really sexy and are such a turn on walking in them. Hope it becomes more common before I lose my figure.
Just ask your girlfriend, personally I can't stand them I don't think they look good on anyone no matter size, age, gender they just don't look good to me personally. But if you're comfortable and that's what you want to wear then wear it.

I appreciate the honest opinion! It seems thongs are like marmite. You either love 'em or hate 'em.
If the guy has some nice glutes it's fine, but it's not attractive to me.

Thanks for your opinion! Can you elaborate why it's not attractive? Is it just that style of swimwear is not appealing to your eyes let's say even if it's on a fit guy with ''nice glutes''. Or is it to do with his masculinity whole wearing a style worn mostly by females?
Big fan of a nice butt... but, gonna take a hard pass on guys in thongs on the beach. I know it's a thing for Euro guys to wear speedos or thongs tho.

Very interesting response. My girlfriend loves my butt. And I love flaunting it in a novel manner since it's big for a guy's butt. But I understand my masculinity and sexuality is a big factor when pleasing girls. So would you say it's a turn off seeing a guy in a thong because of the more feminine underwear. Or is it purely just the underwear style on men itself, even if the butt looks amazing?
I don't like them for men, but everyone should decide for themselves (or their partner).

Many many times my friend. I was at a beach once and I was wearing a bikini bottom and my wife was sexually teasing me. Well my penis popped up over the top of it.
I don't mind attention from both sexes sure. But it seems not many women like to see men in thongs anyway. Which sucks as we only really acceptably wear loose baggy shorts which are uncomfortable 😥
