They don't look slutty as long as the person wearing them isn't trying to make them look slutty. The pictures you posted above look smart and classy, the skirts may be short but they go well with the other clothes being worn, showing off the attractiveness of the outfits and the girls without sexualising them. They especially go well with the tights or leggings.

There are ways to make anything look slutty, but it doesn't mean the clothes themselves are so. Now, if they were just being worn with lingerie and a really skimpy top then that would be different.

Mini skirts can look great almost all the time. Even if they look slutty they look great to me. Tight are awesome too. Go for it.

It definitely depends what you wear them with, and of course it can be a matter of opinion anyway. Last summer me and my boyfriend went to the supermarket, and I wore a denim mini-skirt, no tights, trainers and a t-shirt. Later that day my boyfriend said how much he liked the slightly "slutty" look. I didn't even have a clue that's what it looked like!

I very often wear mini skirts, mostly without stockings in summer, but in spring and autumn, always with tights or stockings, mostly see-through. I think I look much more neat and fashionable.

Micro mini skirts are only seen on prostitutes at night or day (if they are daring). Micro mini skirts are only appropriate for normal non prostitute women like myself to wear at a house party or club or behind closed doors. Unless a woman is for the streets she should never wear micro mini skirts like in that photo on the street.

This is also called a mini skirt weirdly enough even though this skirt is much longer than the other skirt but this skirt here won't make a woman look slutty at all instead this skirt will make a woman look classy and casual wearing this in public.

I think it looks sophisticated based on the ambiance. An amazing fun party in a cool place or a high end sophisticated restaurant sans the hooker heels etc. but rather with a great jacket.
