Why is tiny tufts of hair on the chin and chest/stomach unappealing/unaesthetic physical trait of a man?
How about stubble on the chin/face and stubbly chest and stomach or how about shaven legs instead of all natural very hairy legs?

Shaven legs can be okay, also very hairy legs can sometimes be okay. The reason I don’t like the tiny tufts is just because I think it’s uneven. It varies from person to person on aesthetic opinion. But the list I made is somewhat common
