Once at a water theme park I went down one of those really steep and long water slides where you go really fast. At the bottom of the slide, my bikini top was off and around my neck and I didn't realize it. Evidentally this happens a lot as there were a lot of boys at the bottom of the slide watching and taking pictures of girls and their boobs.

Not a swimsuit malfunction but in elementary, the boys who sat in the desk behind us would lean forward and unsnap our bra through out shirt (especially if they hugged us). Pissed me off cause i had jus started wearing bras and had trouble putting it back on and snapping it without my moms help lol

I don't know if it technically counts as a malfunction but on vacation when we were younger I pulled my sisters bikini bottoms down when she was climbing out of the pool and a bunch of guys out age all saw her butt
