Hmm, hard question, since it's very subjective. If we go by modelling standards, probably taller people. Blonde and brown hair are also considered a pro. So, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, I would assume.
Obviously I'm biased. I hear Korean men are getting a lot of credit as well nowadays.
Personally, the best looking girl I've seen was from Denmark, I don't really pay attention to whether men look good, so I honestly wouldn't know. I usually notice myself looking down on guys below 1.80m, since that's kinda the average where I'm from.

I would say, Brazil #1, the Caribbean islands like Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and such #2, Lithuania/Portugal/Spain the rest of the Southern America’s (Venezuela, Columbia, Argentina, etc... #3, Czech Republic/Russia/India/Arab nations (most, if not all) #4, Korean/Japanese... round out the top 5... I would say Africans 6th, then Chinese/Vietnamese/Pacific islander around 7th.. then you have your Irish/Scottish/English/ Australian 8th, Canadian 9th, then I’d probably go with American... as the 10th...
