I feel that there is nothing wrong. Females have breasts of different sizes and yours might be quite flat. But wearing something that has a low opening does not mean you need to have breast to show. It could also mean the person feels too warm wearing something with a higher neckline.

I say wear what you like. Sure your right you don't have titties border line hanging out of the shirt, but you still look good. And in my personal opinion small boobs can be just as attractive has huge boobs. So wear what you like.
Absolutely not! It looks fantastic. I wish I could have smaller cleavage because when I wear tops like that, it looks slutty on me. Whereas if you're wearing it, it looks fashionable.
