🤓 Do glasses make you less attractive?

A friend of mine who does 'style consulting' said my old glasses were hiding my beautiful eyes (he's a sweetheart haha), and that they didn't reflect my creative personality. So I got a pair with larger frames/lenses to show my eyes more and the frame in a nice auburn colour to show some of my "colourful" personality in my appearance. Made quite a difference, I wince now at the thought of going back to the old pair.

Point being, the right glasses can make or break your entire 'look'.

I would say that taking off the glasses usually makes a large majority of people look better. By large majority, I mean about 95% of people. On a purely physical attractiveness scale of 1-10, the glasses usually makes someone lose about a point, so it's not a huge difference, but it's definitely noticeable. That being said, if you're a 9 without the glasses, to most people, you'd still be very attractive with the glasses. Also, if you have an amazing personality, nobody who isn't jealous will notice that you're less beautiful.

A good pair of frames makes a world of difference. I wore glasses for 20 years and went through a bunch of styles. Currently on ortho-K. Miss wearing glasses... I like how glasses hides my uneven eyeliner🤣🤣

I don't know really. I've had glasses since I was a toddler, so I can't imagine myself without them, even with contacts. I believe it shouldn't matter.

Glasses do different things to different face types, and there's lots of different shapes of glasses. Try going to an optometrist and trying on a lot of different pairs to see which ones give you a look you like. If you can't find any, there's always contact lenses, and if you're interested in that kind of thing it's possible to get colored ones that let you further control your appearance.

Generally no but on some faces yes (and on some it makes them more attractive). Like for me, i think glasses don't suit me

I don't think so. I only had started wearing them after I was in the army and usually people would compliment them

But glasses do add to the attractiveness of the wearer in many cases.

I think you will look more pretty with glasses. There are many styles and you just need to figure out which style suits you better
