What should I be for Halloween?

So I love Halloween. It's my favorite holiday. I love dressing up but I don't know what I should be, my problem is with female costumes are all mostly either slutty as hell and really short or skin tight or straight up onesies. I considered making my own but I need ideas. .
Another issue I'm having is I can't think of any good cosplay ideas for black women I've tried googling some stuff but ehh

Leather is expensive.. but I'm not sure what else would look good... maybe vinyl? Just not spandex though that looks uuuugly!
