I do prefer the first picture. However I also strongly feel this is a difference in photo quality and not in how good you look. Something I would like you to keep in mind as most people will likely share my preference for the first picture.

It isn't the headscarf but the better picture. If they were equal you got nice hair and seeing it would almost certainly be more appealing.

You're really beautiful period but I'd say the more natural look without the headscarf compliments your features and makes them stand out more. So without.

Seems to me your Indian subcontinent girl because culture is vital for you so you may observed occasionally.
My girlfriend from south east Asia for her culture and customs are not essential so observed only religious functions apart from that never wear.
