Guys wearing women underwear is more common than you think. It’s probably the silk/polyester women get, and not so much as men.

But I think the underwear companies picked up on that, by creating jockstraps. That later evolved into other options as thongs as well.

Sure, I would! I have LOTTS of gay friends. I have so much respect for anyone who can face something that difficult and be open about it. But honestly, if a straight, cis guy was wearing women’s clothes, and he was like “Oh I’m totally 💯 percent straight, not trans... Nothing!” Then nah, I don’t think that I would. Not feminine thongs like the ones in your pictures. That would be weird.
