Can you tell how old someone is even if they have a mask on?

I’m aware that I have a baby face without the mask but while I’m at work in my mask people are literally shocked that I’m older because they think I look 16. I was so confused as to how someone can tell that I have a baby face even if I have a mask on?

Well every time I get a covid test (have to get one twice a week for school), I get asked how old I am, like I'm not old enough to go alone (you have to be over 15), so I don't believe people can tell how old I am at least.
