I don't know who this is. So the top one is the before and the bottom one is the after? Because if it is I'd say her surgeon performed a miracle. If it's the other way around she needs to have her surgeon arrested for mutilating her. Sue him for $1 billion for malpractice and file a formal complaint with the medical licensing board to have his medical license permanently revoked. There is a special place in hell for doctors who would do that to a woman. Check out the Twilight Zone episode "Eye Of The Beholder."
I don't remember what Kim looked like before the surgery because both those images are not of a natural Kim. She has been enhancing herself for a long time. She was never my idol or a woman I even looked up to, simply because well rapping filth wasn't my thing. She was the black lady gaga. A few songs here and there but even then they were the "clean" version.. little Kim probably had men interested in her but personally I doubt its for how she looks even before the fame.
Plastic surgery makes everyone look the same and I hate it. Everyone that lives in la looks about the same, why... I feel bad for her that she couldn't be happy
