Girls, what do you think of guys who use lip scrubs and lip glosses?

Do you think that it is a womanly thing, or should guys use it regularly too? I have been using both for some time now, and I must say that I am lovin' em. :)

Yeah, I’m glad you clarified that in your update! lipgloss would definitely be very effeminate if a man wore it, but there is absolutely nothing effeminate, or specifically feminine, or even “womanly” about lip balm! It’s used for the treatment and/or prevention of dry, or chapped lips! 👄 Now, they DO make “tinted” lip balm, it’s not even close to lipstick, but some of them can make you look like you’re wearing lipgloss, so maybe just avoid those!

Bahaha my bad. :P :P I don't use tinted lip balm tbh. Tend to go with Oriflame's Coconut Lip Balm which treats my lips perfectly. What do you think about guys using face and body scrubs, moisturisers, etc? :)

I don’t think about it, ever! Taking care of yourself, be it diet & exercise, dressing nicely or grooming, has nothing to do with being “manly” OR being effeminate! Sucking a dick, having sex with a man, or just dreaming and fantasizing about that make a man gay. Not how he dresses, or what cologne he wears, or what hair or skin products he uses. But I definitely don’t spend ANY time (except for this) actually thinking about men using body scrub, or not. Using moisturizer, or not. Using lib balm, or not. Even the man that I AM dating, I have honestly not once ever wondered whether or not he moisturizes, or exfoliates, or uses chapstick! As long as he’s clean, well groomed, and smells nice… well honestly, I’d rather prefer to think HE’s noticed that I did all that to look good for him! But deep down I know that he probably doesn’t give it a second thought, because he’s a guy, and as long as my tits are still there, I doubt he’s noticed anything else about my appearance… I either look good to him, or I don’t! Guys don’t usually notice whether I used a body scrub, sweetie. And I’m okay with that.

Sweets, I appreciate your opinion. All I wanted to know was whether maintaining good hygiene routine and practices make a man more appealing. I wouldn't do it for anyone else but myself. :) I am glad that both of you don't pay much heed to superficiality. :) How are you doing?

Well, I hope my answer helped you to understand that obviously men who look good and take care of themselves are more desirable to women. I just think that whether or not you exfoliate… well, that level of hygienic detail is just not something many of us spend time thinking about.

I don’t think you do get my point, I’ve been trying hard to let you know that you are a good looking, sweet guy, and that any woman would lucky to have you. You just need to be a bit more comfortable in your own skin, and more confident in your own self worth. You worry too much about what other people think. A lip balm is fine, because everybody can get dry lips. But if a guy uses lip scrub or lip gloss it puts me off. It's too feminine for my liking. But you do you!

Lip scrubs are fine and so are lip balms. For scrub I strongly recommend a mix of coconut oil and brown sugar.
