I have a custom made wedding ring that I always wear. It's gold and shaped kind of like a class ring. It is cast with Celtic designs, a small diamond in the center and four other stones - blood red garnet (my birth stone), peridot (my wife's birth stone), emerald, and citrine.
I sometimes wear other rings in addition. One is gold with a large black onyx stone. One is gold with a large (fake) ruby.
On special occasions, I might wear a necklace or even bracelets.
My favorite necklace is a gold chain with a large gold Celtic pendant in the shape of a nicely wrought spiral triskelion. I also have a thick, antique gold chain necklace.
I have a couple of gold chain bracelets and a couple different brass wrist bands with engraved Celtic designs. I've even worn certain beaded bracelets that belong to my wife.

Not for decoration, but as a memento. A thin golden necklace with a shark tooth for a pendant.
Memento of my older diving team, of which one of the members passed away ages ago. And source of some of my most adrenalinic and worth of remembrance adventures.

I work with my hands and so anything on my hands gets in the way or will accumulate dirt or is a safety hazard. I have a pendant made from a silver coin that's been in my family over 300 years that I occasionally wear but not often due to the fear of losing it.

Black ring, sometimes Nordic ring, Black mesh watch (I have 2 of those for some reason), skull bracelet with a white and black bracelet or the same one as in the picture (the one exactly on his wrist), silver necklace (little spear and silver ring on top of it) - Damn reading this I'm sounding high maintenance just now - doesn't take any effort though so it's all good.

I usually wear my nose ring (right now it's neon blue), a necklace with a ring I gave my sister years ago, that her boyfriend gave me to me after she passed, and depending on the day I do have bracers/gauntlets that I like to wear.

No. I wear a watch sometimes. I have silver ring that I got from my ex and few silver chains but I don't wear them because nickel or whatever is used in it as alloy with silver leaves gray marks on my skin, which can't be washed out.
