I think it's very nice. Just classic, good-looking red dress. I don't know how do you feel wearing dresses which are this short, but if you feel comfortable in it, then it's great in my opinion,

I don't like the design. The scallop neckline and sleeves don't look that great. A boat neckline would look better with capped sleeves.
