So about 5'2" ? Yes, that is shorter than average and would probably stand out but not as much as you might think. 5'4 or 162-163cm is the average height for women in the USA.

That is short, but with 10-cm heels, she's at least average in the USA at least. That's one nice thing about short girls - they wear heels more.
