Never, because I can't even walk in them, lol. I'm 5'7" and feel that is tall enough, so I don't even bother. I am also terrified of rolling an ankle in them and am so clumsy, it's definitely a very real possibility.

  Yeaaaaaa a little, but I actually have very weak ankles. My doctor doesn't really understand how since I've done a lot of dancing on point shoes back in the day, and my ankles should have gotten strong from that.
