Girls, Do any of you actually have 24 inch waist?

I mean do people realize how freaking little is this? I guess its the size of a store mannequin
even at my thinnest i had 27 inches in the waist and the picture in my profile is like 29 inch
i just wanna know how it looks in real life

I did in high school. Closest I've gotten since is 26 inches. Took a lot on exercise and restrictive diet.
