I think she did it to her lips, jawline...
I might be wrong cause I don't get to see her normal face...
the first pic has a lot of makeup and the second doesn't have...
you should've given both the pics without makeup...
it would've been easier to tell

If the bottom picture is a before surgery picture then I see no reason for her to do anything. There is nothing wrong with her face. If the top one is after surgery... I cannot tell that she did anything. If it was for cosmetics reasons it appears to be a waste because you can't even tell anything was done.

Done she get surgery?
Something medical... like her septum needed repair or something cosmetic, she wanted to change the way she looks?
