The word "negroid" has connotations associated with outdated 19th century racial theories like the bell curve , that were used to discriminate against people of African ancestry.

No one in modern time should ever find it acceptable to use this word to describe a living breathing human being out side of the context using this word to describe how wrong it was to use this terminology to describe black people.
