It looks good but consider blending towards the back,

you still get the vivid front edge but not just a stripe.

obviously outfit needs to go with it, neon blue type top of similar.

I think it depends on where you're going, and the area you live in. I love colorful make up, but usually these colors for eyeliners are mostly used in parties or events or places that people are more playful. it is a beautiful color though. I am sorry to tell you but the girl needs to work a little on the line, you know the drawing is kind of not so smooth. sorry friend, I don't mean to be rude here

No, it looks nice on you. Especially since you’re wearing a shirt that goes well with that color. A dark blue shirt or outfit would look even better, something that’s the same color as the eyeliner.

I don't use makeup mascara or eyeliner. I'm perfectly happy with the way I look. My platinum blonde eyelashes and eyebrows are perfect for my natural platinum blonde hair and very bright very light blue eyes. My pussy hair is platinum blonde too.
