Girls with nipple piercings: what was your experience and how was the recovery process?

I'm thinking of getting one but am worried about the risks and whether it suits my nipple type (only gets hard when cold or simulated, flat otherwise).

Nipple piercings are actually good when it comes to flat or inverted nipples because it helps bring them out. You can always book a consultation with the piercer before hand and they’ll tell you whether or not they can pierce it. As far as your concerns with risks go, I suggest talking all that through with the piercer also as they’ll be able to clear all that up for you.
My experience was pretty chill, no pain and the healing process is going really well. I’ve had no problems with it but this is just my personal experience and everyone is different. You just have to clean them every morning and night and obviously not touch them or allow others to touch them as that will lead to infection but again the piercer will explain all that to you.
