Would a green suit work well with green eyes?

I'm getting ready for a small New Years gathering. I recently found a suit that has a green blazer with a green dress shirt. It's hard enough finding a new suit when your 6'4 and after spending the whole day out shopping I found one. I'm just worried if I'll look ridiculous in it. My pants are also black.
