  Correct. Cup size are the letters. The numbers is body circumference. She has a 28” circumference, measuring from just under her breasts, and DD cups.

  @acooke-13 A/B are very rare when correctly fitted and DD can absolutely be small (or flat, depending on individual perspective). DD doesn't mean huge like the media has forced us into thinking.

  @Leonharted Incorrect. 28DD is slim with smallish boobs. I'm a 26E which is the sister size to 28DD and mine are small. It's the same size as Gal Gadot, Natalie Portman - that kind of size.
