I think it's super cute. Honestly, if you look young enough to pull it off, I don't see why you shouldn't wear it. However, personnally, I don't wear really short dresses like that cause they make me unconfortable. So I'd put some jeans or jeggings with it. Looking young isn't a bad thing, so don't think you have to make yourself look older.

That is a nice dress. Looks like it would be easy to pull an upper decker or reverse kanga while wearing it. Then you could walk out of the restroom like a runway model who just won the lottery.
