Shaving arm hair?

Do you girls shave your arm hair? Are we suppose to? I never have but recently thought about it whether we do or not

There is not such a thing as are you supposed to do. You do what you want to do and what makes you feel comfortable.

If you are insecure about it, if you have dark hair that bothers you or something, go for it if it will make you feel better and more comfortable, but don't do it just because you feel like you should do it.

Personally, I shave mine (they weren't that hairy, and the hair was pretty light but I guess I just fall under the ''beauty norm'' influence and all these jokes about girls having more hairy arms than guys). Ngl, it gets annoying at times to shave them. So, my advice would be to leave them if you are okay with them (as it's not something you are insecure about, etc).

I shave the armpit area only and feel fresher and cleaner. The arm hair I would leave alone and not shave it as causing to do that would make the hair coming out more prickly. You don't want that, and if you feel conscious about dark hair on the arms, you can always wax it off. You can also buy an electric hair remover that takes it off with a light. I forget the name for them, but they are out there and are safe enough.

I do, but it’s totally what’s up to you and makes you feel comfortable! I both wax and shave depending on wether I’m wearing long sleeves or not! But it’s your call! Don’t feel pressured into doing something you think people will want, do what makes you happy :)

I only really shave my arm pit hair. Everything else I just let loose since thats how I'm comfortable. It's all personal choice and preference. The only person who ever told me you're supposed to shave arm hair was this mean girl in middle school because she saw my hairy arm. No one else has ever made an issue of it. 🤷‍♀️

No. We are not supposed to shave anything if we don’t want to. It’s a personal choice that people are free to make. Do whatever feels most comfortable for you.

I just shave my armpit hair personally and I’ve always kept my arm hair alone. Make sure you do what you feel is most comfortable for you though and don’t let anybody else pressure you into doing something you’re not 100% sure on ❤️
