I recommend you line your beard and mustache up but keep it full.
you could also get a haircut, perhaps fade the sides or something but that is not required.

Remember for guys looks are more about communicating clearly, being funny, delivery, posture, displaying confidence, status, money, looking well to do, rather than how our face looks.

it is a lot to ask but workout, eat a healthy diet, dress well and follow the above tips on displaying confidence and you will get far socially in life.
