What are the worst wardrobe malfunction moments you've had?

I was wearing shorts that had built in mesh underwear, Very common summer wear.
The drawstring of my shorts broke, I was holding 2 bags of groceries, and couldn't grab them and they hit the floor... as I was walking out of the store.
I was in the middle of a crowd of women. I knew it was happening, but it took less than 2 seconds and I was suddenly naked from the waist down...
There were 3 checkout stations with 4 or 5 women waiting at each... I know they all saw, (maybe not)
I couldn't Drop the grocery bags; I couldn't find anywhere to set them down. I ran out into the parking lot.
I looked like an Idiot... they were all Grinning

I got into a fight while playing hockey in high school. Somehow the blade of the other guy's skate cut my string and I did not notice. I go to check an opposing forward and my skate comes off, leaving me a foot with only a sock on the ice. Ref had to stop the game so I could get off the ice without having my foot accidentally sliced by someone not paying attention.

@talka20 Yup it is rare. My coach was surprised. We had to buy our own skates so this took me out of the game since I did not have a backup pair. I had to wait 2 weeks to replace my skates since my mom was military and they pay every 1st and 15th of the month. Caused me to miss 2 weeks of practice. Looking back on the recording, the ref determined the other guy was trying to trip me but lifted his skate too high.

It was picture day so I forgot about gym

There was a small hole at the bottom of my sweater and it got caught on something and tore a really big hole that spread from near my front pocket all the way to the back. I really liked that sweater.

I accidently grabbed my little brothers jersey and gloves for hockey (along with his stick) cause I was in a rush. It looked pretty bad on the ice and it was hard practicing. Ended up having to do suicides too, so that was great.

In 8th grade, there was one day I didn't put my laundry to dry so I had no dry bra. Wore a hoodie over my shirt to hide the highbeams. At one point I got hot and took off my hoodie (totally forgot I didn't have a bra on) and I lifted my shirt with the hoodie. They were both on display.

One time I go to the beach during summer vacation in Florida, i think i was like 12 or 13. My brother and I go in to the water and tried to rush the waves. My bikini button fell off in the water.

I've bled through my pants and have gotten my skirt stfu in my underwear... fun times

Work accident, a thing fell on me and it went right through my jean shorts and cut my inner thigh a little. I ran to the bathroom and checked it, it wasn't very bad but it was right up by my crotch. And sure enough my boss comes knocking on the door to check if I'm okay or if they're gonna have to pay for an injury. She was the only one there too and had to make sure I *actually* was okay before she let me go home instead of to a walk-in.

This wasn't a small event... 3rd and 4th cousins were in attendance

Was playing tackle football (not an official game but at the park) the drawstring for my sweatpants came undone. They went all the way down. On the next stride (I was running with the ball) my right leg came completely out were only around my left ankle and getting dragged behind me. After stiff arming one would be defender no one else wanted to tackle a half naked man and they were laughing too hard to try, so it resulted in an easy touch down.

There are certain situations where I'll panic if they pop out, like family dinners, kids places, etc. But for the most part, they're just boobs
