I do it all the time. I never take them off.


One thing to worry about is the material. If it’s cheap and thin metal, it could rub off on your skin and break easily. Also, if you’re wearing two, they could tangle.

It's ok to sleep with it on, but you could damage it.

I sleep with my necklace on and never had any issues.

Depends on the necklace, lightweight ones can break

I don't wear mine because it would slide and choke me but I did chose such a big lump (and want more for some reason)

If it has something sharp then it's better to remove it. Otherwise it's fine

only if it's light and the material is natural. i never take my golden necklace off and it's always been fine.
