Why are women with BabyFaces considered to be extremely attractive?

People with baby faces have a more youthful appearance. They look approachable, friendly and ‘innocent’ and are hence more attractive to men.

Usually, men with baby faces are more of the “pretty boy” types rather than the mature, chiseled jaw type. Some women prefer cute guys over hot ones, so they’re probably more attractive to those type of women. Besides, they also look friendly and less formidable and look good even well into their 50s

Probably for the same reason some men prefer women to look hairless... there is this weird attraction to prepubescent females.
