  As long as its not some kind of serious deformity then its not too much of an issue. Pimples are not an issue for me, and also if she doesn't have super smooth skin.

  The womans body is what I see first and I can't see her personality from afar. As I get to know her and talk with her then her personality starts to show. Its good to have a good mix of looks along with personality as people want to be attracted to someone physically and mentally.
