Practical shoes for office work?

Well, as a guy, I much prefer the lower image to the upper one. I don't care for girls wearing shoes that look like guys' work shoes. I don't like women in combat boots! That said, if heels bother you, there are plenty of comfortable low-heeled dress shoes that don't look like you just crawled out of a foxhole!

Flexible soles and wide toe boxes, and no heel lift. Otherwise they deform our feet.
