Girls: how often do you wear flip flops to school?

I remember back when I was in school (particularly middle school and high school) just about every girl wore flip flops to school. They were usually the Old Navy kind and many had them in all different colors. I still see teen girls in flip flops out in public places a
lot but is it still a trend to wear them to school often? I was getting a bit afraid that Crocs were overtaking flip flops but once the weather got warmer I started seeing more girls in flip flops. Though of course I still see Crocs a lot. Those are cute as well I just think flip flops look better.

In our school flip flops were not allowed.

So i only wear them out in public..

Girls at my old university wore them in the summer classes. Thought it was disgusting. Could see the dirty soles of their feet.

This one girl would show up in a nice skirt and blouse with converse or flats. She was stunning and knew how to be presentable.

I remember in my middle school, flip flops and open toed sandals were actually against the dress code.
I think they were technically against dress code in high school too but they weren’t strict about it

Showing feet is a big no no for me. I would never wear flip flops in public.
