It's incredibly important to me because it's a major part of who I am. I'm quite identifiable due to the way I dress; I wear a lot of vintage pieces such as 1920s suits, 1940s shirts and trousers, Victorian Era clothing, other period pieces, and so on. People always stop me to tell me that they love the way I dress and how they feel inspired to do the same thing.

It's saddening that people don't care about clothing anymore. People walk around in ripped up clothing, clothes that are ill-fitting, pajamas, and other such things. In the past, clothing was very important. Even the poor had their Sunday suit of higher quality that they'd wear for gatherings. They wanted to be respectable in front of others.

Yes. It’s a way to be who you want to be or aspire to be. It gives people a impression on who you are.

for me personally clothing is very important even though i do not care about following trends, i prefer to focus on my own style.
I do not particularly care about how others dress
