Always more or less "smart casual", I'll do either something like a shirtdress or a skirt/blouse combo and high heels.

If it's not a uniform thing, I wear me a shirt, cute panties, pants (that might sag) and shoes or my black boots.

I wear either a dress and heels or a blouse, skirt and heels. I've never worn combat boots and could count on one hand the number of times I've worn sneakers.
