Many will say they hate that and that it's "childish" but I believe it's because femininity is looked down on nowadays. On the other hand, I don't think it's trying too hard. But, I am a lover of femininity and women that embrace it with their clothing. I especially appreciate vintage gowns, blouses, et cetera.
