I mean if it's the required uniform there is always the option to leave the job if you don't like the outfit. many bars tend to ask the female staff to wear some rather reveling clothes. often because it drives in more business and they can get better tips. but it can lead to mistreatment of the female staff in many cases by customers or other staff members.

  I mean of course the uniform looks good but I'm not going to let anyone else exploit my body. I also prefer to dress more modestly and I would get unwanted attention which I dislike.
