What would you rate her? Is she attractive? I am a Greek who lives in Australia and for me she looks plain because there are women who look better than her but In greece she is considered top tier.

I don't see what's so pretty about her, except for having light hair, blue eyes and being skinny, but I guess in the Western world having light hair (blond, red or light brown), light eyes (blue, green or hazel), and/or freckles and being skinny, makes someone beautiful.
I personally am attracted to Middle-Eastern, black, Native American or Polynesian people more..

Plain white is attractive. I’m in Asia often…mostly SE Asia and Singapore. Porcelain, Pale, Pasty-call it what you care too is beautiful. A white body 👍👍. A white 👵 automobile 🤢🤮
