It looks terrible, to be honest. Yellow is already a risky choice to begin with, but yellow and green? I can't say that is a good formal, casual, or Halloween costume.

To me it looks like a yellow dress and green/blue pants. I'm sorry, more than that is impossible.

In North India this is the traditional dress. Salwar kameez/ Salwar suit. So girls and women wear this both in casual and formal situations. And even in parties. It goes in every situation
