As a pale-skinned, cool under-toned 19-year-old girl, I am very insecure about it; what clothing and colors look best on that skin tone?

Your account says your 38, and your skin tone doesn't matter be more confident, you can wear whatever you want. No one's gonna say I'm not gonna be friends with that pale chick cuz she's wearing green, and no guys gonna say "I'm into this girl but her shirt doesn't match her skin tone"

But if I had to say, I dont know anything about fashion but i am an artist and i know a lot about colors so that may help. I'd say definitely avoid too much black, at once. try Grey, white, any form of blue would be good, a dark or muted red may work for you, avoid saturated colors for the most part unless they really fit with the outfit. That's all I got, maybe black jeans with a white top would be nice, or light blue jeans with a white top, or dark blue jeans with a black top or Grey jeans with a light blue top, or muted yellow top.

I once had a girlfriend who too was 19, and physical traits just like you. She was a freshman at U. of Oregon and into "art." I talked her out of art history and into pre-nursing. Tutoring her in chemistry was no small task. We had little money, so when it came time for the big nursing school interview we went down to the Bon Marche, got the pant, green jacket combination above. She looked smashing, but better yet, was accepted into nursing!

I really like Elle fanning and her beautiful white skin. If I had to vote for the most attractive and prettiest skin color I would vote for White ( One like Elle.

Just be confident and don't let stupid media shatter your confidence.

Majority of the world population loves and prefers white skin tone over another.

Own your skin and be confident and be proud of your beautiful skin tone.

Pretty much any colour apart from overly light pastels and whites.

where I live that kinda describes a lot of girls, they wear almost anything, admittedly some of it is very skimpy etc
