completly normal i sleep naked unless on my period i only where pants in bed but not on them i sleep tataly naked whebever am in my bed through the day night am naked in that bed no clothes at all uve got to be free to be comfy and uve got to be comfy to sleep and relax instead of sutting in bed to warm wedges in your arse fae pants sometimes bra atraps digging into your sides socks leaving marks on your ankles with digging in to them then they get to itchy or sweaty feet yuck stink a hate socks in bed i like sleeping naked with a pikkow beetween my legs so there comfy and and spread my legs out to the side so my legs are apart on my side feet sticking out the bed or no covers at all nd all naked feeling the breaze so am not to sweaty

Summer time i don't use sleep pants at all. If I have to walk around my house with guests around that I'm not sleeping with, I'll wear fleece shorts.

Late summer like now when I wake up and it's a cool breeze, it's enough to put on sleep pants in the morning to eat and do things before getting dressed.
