Tiny bumps behind ears after piercing?

Hey pretty ladies hope you all are doing great. I’m very big fan of piercings and recently got 4 on my ears but I’m noticing really tiny bumps behind my ears after that, kinda worried why I’m getting these what is the reason. Can anyone guide a little?
