No it doesn't mean that you're not pretty before you were pregnant.

It's just that you're different. Pregnant women are often haggard and gets ugly (mostly) but with you, you're glowing and still pretty regardless being pregnant.

So don't overthink it like that

Everyone knows the condition of being pregnant definitely has its 'downs' even if some unicorns claim it doesn't. It's a way of saying, look at you, doing good hard 'woman's work.'

No, that's not what it means at all.

Pregnancy can increase oil production on the skin and results in a healthy looking glow. When they say "you're glowing" or "you look so pretty" it is most likely a compliment and a comment on how nice the woman's skin looks while pregnant.
