What would you think when you see a woman wearing choker necklace?

What would be your opinions/thoughts when you see a woman wearing a choker necklace?

If she's wearing a knee length dress, but slightly fitted, no cleavage shown on top.

If she's wearing a crop top and jeans. No cleavage shown.

I have one or two chokers and think they match certain outfits well, but I don't want to send the wrong signal when I go out, as chokers seem to be sexualized accessories.

I think it is cute and elegant, a nice addition also usually underlines neck of a woman very beautifully
