This year I dressed up as an ageing Latin Dance Instructor
Skin tight polyester stacked pants, 1970s Satin Disco shirt, chest hair sticking out, gogo boots and topped off the look with Gold necklaces

+1 yPfft, no. You can always dress up even when it's not a holiday. One thing i have figured about life is costume parts, and outfits are fine outside of work and there is honestly nothing stopping you from dressing up at any time. But even at work its always nice to do simple accessories that don't interfere with your work, such as, pointy ears and costume jewelry (note: physical labor jobs, like construction, i don't recommend this due to it being too easy to lose or destroy them... pointy costume ears are fine with spirit gum being used though.). Many people don't like to put in effort to dress up to express themselves, but it doesn't mean that you can't. If you ever get the urge to change your outfit up, do so, the feeling of not being restricted to certain clothes by society standards is honestly a nice feeling.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yI’ll never understand how we finally become adults and then the world is contantly telling us we can't do something because were “too old”. Seems like its when you're a kid/teen is when you really have the freedom to do whatever you want and enjoy life 🙄 Its really backwards

+1 yNo. I know a lot of people in my age group who do it. There is usually alcohol involved but not always. I know the 60 and 72 year old couple across the street dressed for a party tonight and neither one drink.

+1 yIt depends on the balance of things. One day you can go and exclaim i'm the king of the world and you will get cheers from the massess. On the other day you will be executed because the forces of evil have corrupted most of us.

+1 yNo. My mum dressed up as Professor McGonagall when she was at least 29. She was trick-or-treating with her kids. Demanding sweets from neighbouring houses/flats might be too childish, though.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yYou're never too old to do anything. Most adults are depressed because they lose touch with their inner child. Let's destroy these stupid rules and have fun.
