Is it important if your bra panties belt etc match your clothes?

Only in that I won't wear dark colored undies under a light colored outfit, because it'll show through. Other than that, as long as I have some on, it's all good.

Not usually. ESP with jeans or basic stuff. If it’s a dress or something potentially see through, I will wear a lighter color that won’t show.

To answer your updated question. You do want to match your bra with your shirt. Black bra with white shirt don't work. You can match the belt with you outfit but sticking with black or brown is easier.
