I’m 31 life span of a women is 70 my opinion is going to only matter some more years as long as I’m alive and then it will be non existent lol. Some very good quality brands also make underwear for men, and I believe they use the same material. Can’t speak for others but among what I’ve tried, I still find cotton the most comfortable. Calvin Klein is a good brand for you to consider.
