Of course I would. There may be practical reasons why they would only shop there, either because it's less expensive or they find more varied styles than just the current ones in other stores. Also it's environmentally friendly as it repurposes existing products instead of using electricity, chemicals, materials etc to make new ones

I would, totally. It really depends on what kind of taste and financial status they are in actually. And even with a solid financial status, someone would find their taste in a thrift store and also sometimes brand new clothes are just too expensive to waste money on. It doesn't really matter, you know.

Yes and I have picked-up women in the Hobby Lobby crowd type thrift shops. Good Will is the best place ever to buy someone a drink after they help me put an outfit together...
I would have no issue with that. You spend as much or as little of your money on clothes as you like, as long that you still can be presentable.
I would. It’s a matter of fashion taste, so thrifting mustn’t be a red flag. You can look cool and presentable wearing thrifted stuff.
